Parcels are transferred from our courier to the local postal service on arrival into your country

Please note that any taxes due will be incurred by the customer.
While every effort is made to get your goods to you as quickly as possible, from time to time things can happen that are out of our control. If your delivery is delayed over 7 days (UK) or 14 days (international) please contact us on email@example.com and we will track your item and keep you informed. We cannot be held responsible for any loss occurred if you do not contact us within the above time frame.
In the very unusual event that your item is delayed, we can only refund you after the following time periods set out by Royal Mail when your item is declared missing;
– 15 days UK
– 30 working days Europe
– 35 working days rest of the world.
If your item is undeliverable and sent back to us it may incur a postage and handling charge for re delivery, £7.99 UK & £12.99 International. Which may be subject to change and fluctuation due to charges imposed upon us.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. We regret that for health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on sealed items.
If you need to return a faulty item please ensure you obtain Proof of Delivery and adequate insurance for the postage of any returns as they are the buyers responsibility until they reach the warehouse.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. For faulty and incorrect items the value of Royal Mail first Class delivery postage will be refunded.
